Helane brings a wealth of industry experience to her role as a successful Business Broker.

Having worked in and managed some of NZ's premier restaurants Helane honed her skills and trade in hospo!

This experience saw Helane join the very well known and popular Il Forno boutique cafe and wholesale bakery in Ponsonby with her partner. Having worked in most roles across hospo from kitchen hand to head chef to kitchen management, has given her first hand insights into the complexities and opportunities of the hospitality industry.

These experiences and insights have been instrumental in providing Helane with a deep understanding of all facets of Restaurants, Cafes, Bakeries and Wholesale Food Production. Helane has taken that business experience and understanding and has applied that experience and skills learnt, to pivot into selling across a broad range of industries.
